Growing up in the Valenza household, each Valentine’s Day Amy Jo's Father would give her Mother a red chocolate heart box filled with assorted chocolates, affectionately known as THE HEART. To honor her family tradition, Master Chocolatier Amy Jo has created her own version of THE HEART to be gifted to a loved one as a symbol of unconditional sweet AMORE. Think of it as a chocolate heart jewel box. When lifting off the top of the 61% dark chocolate heart, you will find a six-piece assortment of chocolates and confections. THE HEART is all edible weighing in at a half pound of single-bean origin, fair trade fine 61% dark chocolate.

THE HEART is available for PICK-UP and local DELIVERY ONLY. Due to the product's fragility, it cannot be shipped.
Due to limited quantity of production, THE HEART must be PRE-ORDERED by the earlier of Monday, February 4th or until sold out. It will be available for pick-up on Monday, February 11th.
Ingredients: Shell of Dark chocolate cocoa solids 61% minimum and White chocolate decorative art; inside mix of chocolates from collection: Limoncello Bonbon, Amaretto Bonbon, Espresso Bonbon, Caramello, and Gianduiotti Classico & Maximo. All chocolate is Venezuelan single bean origin, fair trade chocolate. Complete HEART is edible. (Nut Free Option Available.)
