Amy Jo will lead four hands-on chocolate making workshops during the month of August in the Valenza Chocolatier Cioccolato Lab within The Hood Kitchen Space. You will build your own chocolate bowl to fill with assorted truffles, enrobed dried fruit, and bark. Everything will be created by you using different techniques. With workshop size maximum set at six attendees, this is truly a unique opportunity to learn from International Award Winning Master Chocolatier Amy Jo. Get ready to roll up your sleeves to dive into her cioccolato bowl!

WORKSHOP INFO:

  • Location: The Hood Kitchen Space (350 Clinton Street, Suite 100, Costa Mesa); Valenza Chocolatier’s Cioccolato Lab within The Hood Kitchen Space; Enter The Hood’s lobby, then turn left. Our Cioccolato Lab is the third door on the right.

  • Cost: $125 per person; non refundable, however a credit will be issued towards future workshops if cancellation is 48 hours prior to workshop date. Online Registration is Required

  • Maximum Workshop Size: Six, 16 years of age and up

  • Personal Items: Please leave your jacket and purse at home. There will be a small locker for your wallet, keys, and other small personal items. (We take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.)

  • Attire: Please make sure hair is pulled back (if you have long hair), wear closed toed comfortable shoes, no scarf or long necklace, and sleeves that can be rolled up. Please note the room temperature will be between 67-69°F, dress accordingly.

  • Commercial Kitchen Waiver: Will be required to sign when you arrive.

  • No Alcohol Permitted: Valenza Chocolatier, Inc. & The Hood Kitchen Space does not sell or serve Alcohol; alcohol can not be served/consumed on the premises or parking lot.
