Amy Jo will lead four hands-on chocolate making workshops during the month of August in the Valenza Chocolatier Cioccolato Lab within The Hood Kitchen Space. You will build your own chocolate bowl to fill with assorted truffles, enrobed dried fruit, and bark. Everything will be created by you using different techniques. With workshop size maximum set at six attendees, this is truly a unique opportunity to learn from International Award Winning Master Chocolatier Amy Jo.
