Thanksgiving Pop Up Shop on Tuesday, November 20th from 12-7pm at our Cioccolato Lab at The Hood Kitchen Space! 

Come sample and shop the new Harvest Collection, making perfect Thanksgiving Day hostess gifts!

VALENZA CHOCOLATIER is collaborating with KEAN COFFEE to offer a FINE CHOCOLATE 101 WORKSHOP on Wednesday, Nov. 28th from 7-8:30pm. Master Chocolatier Amy Jo will teach you how to experience fine chocolate with four bean-to-bar varieties from different parts of the world plus an exclusive Kean Coffee Golden Mean Espresso Bonbon sample.  

AGENDA:
• Quick Chocolate 101 
• Steps to Tasting Fine Chocolate 
• Indulge in 4 Single-Bean Origin, Bean-to-Bar Fine Chocolates + Kean Golden Mean Espresso Bonbon. 
• Take-away: Knowledge is Power! Your new fine chocolate tasting skills will set you on the path to uncovering the world of fine chocolate.

COST: $10 per person

Let Valenza Chocolatier make your holiday gifting season memorable with our authentic HOLIDAY COLLECTION!  Each chocolate or confection has its own unique Italian history while capturing the holiday spirit with ingredients such as amaretto, cinnamon, clove, candied orange peel, hazelnuts, limoncello, pecans, nutmeg, and more.  This Holiday Collection will certainly be a memorable gift for family, friends and clients as well as a perfect gift for a holiday party host/hostess or stocking stuffer for the ultimate chocolate lover.

“Being half Sicilian (Valenza is my maiden name), I grew up making an assortment of Sicilian cookies from 100+ year old family recipes as well as my Mother’s turtles and chocolate covered cherries each Christmas.  My inspiration for Valenza Chocolatier®’s Holiday Collection is to pay homage to my heritage, family holiday traditions, and studies in Torino and Lecco, Italy.” states Amy Jo.

On Wednesday, November 14th, from 6pm to 8pm, join us for a unique opportunity to meet sixteen of OC’s Leading Culinary Artisans & Creative Entrepreneurs Operating Within The Hood Kitchen Space.  We are excited to be one of the participating Makers showcasing our new Harvest & Holiday Collections, plus offering a behind the scenes view of our new Cioccolato Lab!

We are thrilled to give the OC Community exclusive access to experience what we see daily; incredibly passionate, determined, and creative Entrepreneurs making the best artisan products within each specialty food products category. Our goal is to make this a reoccurring event, either every other month or once a quarter, to facilitate face-to-face exposure to our clients. Trust us, you do not want to miss this!
