Shop our Valentine’s Day Collection plus customer favorites (until sold out):

Tuesday, Feb. 12th: 12-7pm

Wednesday, Feb. 13th: 12-7pm

Thursday, Feb. 14th: 10am-2pm

Plan accordingly, we will sell out!

This Collection features the perfect gift for anyone you want to spread AMORE too, including an exclusive His and Hers gift option.  For Him, we have transformed our Bourbon Bar to a large boozy filled heart, which we named “You Fill My Heart”.  For Her, “The Heart”, an edible modern take on the traditional red heart chocolate box.  Plus, we will offer gift wrapped boxes of signature bonbons, bars, and confections.  

“I love deeply, I cherish all the little things, and I adore many people - these are just a few of the ways I express some of my greatest passions. My Valentine’s Day Collection is an expression of how beloved my passions are, and it’s only fitting that the meaning of my name (Amy) also means beloved,” confides Amy Jo.

VALENZA CHOCOLATIER is collaborating with KEAN COFFEE to offer a FINE CHOCOLATE 101 WORKSHOP on Wednesday, Dec. 5th from 7-8:30pm. Master Chocolatier Amy Jo will teach you how to experience fine chocolate with four bean-to-bar varieties from different parts of the world plus an exclusive Kean Coffee Golden Mean Espresso Bonbon sample.

• Quick Chocolate 101 
• Steps to Tasting Fine Chocolate 
• Indulge in 4 Single-Bean Origin, Bean-to-Bar Fine Chocolates + Kean Golden Mean Espresso Bonbon. 
• Take-away: Knowledge is Power! Your new fine chocolate tasting skills will set you on the path to uncovering the world of fine chocolate.

On Wednesday, November 14th, from 6pm to 8pm, join us for a unique opportunity to meet sixteen of OC’s Leading Culinary Artisans & Creative Entrepreneurs Operating Within The Hood Kitchen Space.  We are excited to be one of the participating Makers showcasing our new Harvest & Holiday Collections, plus offering a behind the scenes view of our new Cioccolato Lab!

We are thrilled to give the OC Community exclusive access to experience what we see daily; incredibly passionate, determined, and creative Entrepreneurs making the best artisan products within each specialty food products category. Our goal is to make this a reoccurring event, either every other month or once a quarter, to facilitate face-to-face exposure to our clients. Trust us, you do not want to miss this!
