After the success of the Summer workshops, Amy Jo will lead two more hands-on chocolate making workshops this Fall in the Valenza Chocolatier Cioccolato Lab within The Hood Kitchen Space. You will build your own chocolate bowl to fill with assorted truffles, enrobed dried fruit, and bark. Everything will be created by you using different techniques. With workshop size maximum set at six attendees, this is truly a unique opportunity to learn from International Award Winning Master Chocolatier Amy Jo.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves to dive into our cioccolato bowl!

Come celebrate our seven Academy of Chocolate Awards on Monday, October 28th between 12 - 7pm during Valenza Chocolatier’s exclusive National Chocolate Day Pop Up Shop!

Halloween isn’t just for kids, come “trick-or-treat” to indulge in award winner samples plus shop our festive Harvest Collection!

* Valenza Chocolatier’s Cioccolato Lab in The Hood Kitchen Space: 350 Clinton Street, Costa Mesa, CA. Enter The Hood lobby, then turn left.  Our Cioccolato Lab is the third door on the right.

* Preorder is recommend by October 18th to pick up during 10/28 Pop Up Shop. Inventory during Pop Up Shop is on a first shop, first served basis.


In addition to receiving SIX INTERNATIONAL AWARDS, Valenza Chocolatier has returned from London with the coveted 2019 INTERNATIONAL RISING STAR trophy from The Academy of Chocolate, the World’s most prestigious fine chocolate competition!  Master Chocolatier Amy Jo participated in the 11th annual awards ceremony on Monday, July 22nd at London's iconic Claridge’s Hotel. This year, the competition saw a record-breaking 1,600 entries from over 46 countries, of which Valenza Chocolatier was the only winner from California in the entire 'Filled Chocolates' category and one of only six in the entire United States.  The additional special award of 'International Rising Star' was presented to three fine chocolate companies located in Canada, Australia, and the United States of America (Valenza Chocolatier)!
