After the success of the Summer workshops, Amy Jo will lead two more hands-on chocolate making workshops this Fall in the Valenza Chocolatier Cioccolato Lab within The Hood Kitchen Space. You will build your own chocolate bowl to fill with assorted truffles, enrobed dried fruit, and bark. Everything will be created by you using different techniques. With workshop size maximum set at six attendees, this is truly a unique opportunity to learn from International Award Winning Master Chocolatier Amy Jo.
